Infant Left In Hot Car

A three-month-old baby is in Oklahoma Department of Human Services custody after Tulsa Police say her mother left her in a hot car on Sunday evening.

Police officers say the outside temperature was 95 degrees when they were called to the Target parking lot in the 7400 block of South Olympia.

EMSA took the baby to a Tulsa hospital where they found she was dehydrated.

The mother told Tulsa Police she had a busy day and forgot the infant was with her.
