Voters will head to the polls on Tuesday for the state and county primaries. As NewsOn6.com's Nicole Wiseman reports, workers and volunteers at the Tulsa County Election Board are hoping for a busy day.

Polls open bright and early Tuesday morning at 7:00. Volunteers can count on working long hours, but they're hoping voter turnout makes that time, fly by.

Some Tulsans took advantage of early voting on Monday. But, election officials say early voter turnout isn't as high this primary, when compared to previous years. Still, they say there's no way of knowing what Tuesday will bring.

One local group is making it easy for Tulsans to vote.

You can actually call the League of Women Voters for a free ride to your polling place. That number is 747-7933.

Someone will come to your house, take you to the polls and then give you a ride back home. No matter how you get there, election officials are asking everyone who's registered, to get out and vote.

"If you're not willing to go to polls and make decisions about those people that are going to represent you, you're leaving it up to other people to make those decisions. And that's just not good for a democracy," said Shelly Boggs with the Tulsa County Election Board.

You have until 7:00 tomorrow night to cast your ballot. Of course, NewsOn6.com will have statewide election results. To keep track, click here.
