The BOK Center will open its doors to the public September 6th with the Eagles. Thursday was the last day to tour the facility before the grand opening. NewsOn6.com anchor Margaret Stokes reports the brand new $180 million addition to the Tulsa skyline is just one month from completion.

The Grand Opening is August 30th.

Funded by Vision 2025, the BOK Center will be home to the Tulsa Talons and the Tulsa Oilers. Entertainment is what the complex is all about.  From Ice-shows, concerts, to the PBR, it can all fit into the adaptable arena.

Inside the complex the LED banner highlights the more than 18,000 seat venue. Even the landscaping is starting to take form around the grounds with more than 2,600 plants.

The City of Tulsa Arts Commission has selected five artists and their projects to embellish the BOK Center.

On Thursday artist Kendall Buster made the final touches on her piece called "Stratum." After almost a year of planning, she's excited to see the reaction of visitors.

"I hope that their eye will be pulled up to the light, I hope that they will be curious, delighted, I hope that they'll be interested and that this brings pleasure to the audience here in Tulsa," said Buster.
