Trial Date Set For Murder Suspect

A Tulsa man will stand trial in January in connection with the deaths of two teens in 2007.

During a court hearing Monday, a Tulsa District Court judge set January 12 as the start of his trial.

Muller is charged with two counts of first degree murder in the deaths of 12-year old Leah Harris-Fuqua and 16-year old Derrico Ross.

In June, a judge found Muller competent to stand trial.
