Man Hospitalized After Gunshot Wound To Chest

Detectives are investigating an overnight shooting that sent one man to the hospital. The shooting happened around 2 a.m. on Saturday in the 2700 block of East 88th Street.

Officers with the Tulsa Police Department say the victim was shot in the chest. Someone living in the apartment complex saw the man and called for help.

Police questioned the victim, but weren't able to get any details. Those who live in the complex say they didn't hear any shots fired.

EMSA took the victim to the hospital. The shooting is under investigation.
