2 12-oz. pkgs Whole Ranch Sweet Italian Sausage
¼ cup 365 Everyday Value Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4-6 large garlic cloves, minced
3 TB fresh oregano, minced (or 1 TB dried oregano)
1 lb. zucchini, cut into ½ inch pieces (about 4 small)
¾ lb. mixed red and yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup fresh basil, chopped
¼ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Basil sprigs and fresh lemon wedges for garnish (optional)

Prepare sausages according to package directions, either in a sauté pan or on the grill. While they are cooking, heat olive oil in a large
heavy sauté pan over high heat. Add garlic and oregano, stir 30 seconds. Add zucchini, sauté 3-5 minutes. When sausages are cooked, cut
into large bite-sized pieces and add to pan along with tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper. Continue to sauté until flavors are well blended, about
3-5 minutes. Transfer to a large platter and garnish with sprigs of basil and lemon wedges.

Serves 6.

Estimated cost per serving: $3.18.
