Man Arrested In Shooting

Tulsa Police have arrested a suspect in connection with an overnight shooting near 61st and Memorial. 

Police sayd 34-year-old Garland Ricardo Bibbs was arrested at a residence near 81st and Harvard.   

A 25-year-old Tulsa man is recovering after he was shot overnight in a dispute with an ex-girlfriend.

Tulsa Police were called to the Springs Apartments near 61st and Memorial and found a man shot in the leg.

Police officers say the unidentified victim followed his ex-girlfriend to her apartment. The two exchanged words and before he could leave, the woman's new boyfriend shot him.

Police say the victim is going to be okay.
