Work Scaled Back Due To Boeing Strike

Boeing workers across the country officially went on strike Saturday morning and on Monday it hit home here in Green Country.

Workers at Spirit Aerosystems tell The News On 6 that all workers have been reduced to a three day work-week.

The union president said that affects about 1,800 employees.

Spirit manufactures wing parts and floor beams for Boeing aircraft.  Some workers tell us the Boeing strike for job security is putting their own job security at risk.
