TULSA, OK -- In just over five months, every television station will change the way it sends out its signal.   If you're using an antennae to receive television signals now, you'll need to make sure you buy a converter box to connect to your television sets.

The government is issuing coupons to help people buy them.

Even with that, there are still plenty of questions about the changeover.  And on Friday, a member of the Federal Communications Commission was in Tulsa to encourage people to prepare now for the improvements.

"The benefits of it will be a better picture quality, better sound quality, and folks will be able to receive new channels in the form of new streams that broadcaster are broadcast, as we speak," said FCC Commissioner Robert McDowell.
