Jury Finds Kelly Waymire Guilty

TULSA, OK - A jury reaches its decision.  Tulsa County jurors found Kelly Waymire guilty on all nine charges against him.

Waymire was on trial for five counts of shooting with intent to kill, kidnapping and violating a protective order.

Waymire broke into the Broken Arrow home of his former girlfriend, Teresa Thompson, last year.  He shot her and she is now paralyzed.

Sentencing phase of the trial for Waymire will be Friday.
