Beating Suspect's Trial Begins

TULSA, OK -- Jury selection has begun for a Tulsa man charged with beating another man to death with a baseball bat.

Tulsa Police say Matthew Abrego beat Chris Simmons to death during an incident in the summer of 2007. Abrego is charged with first degree murder.

The trial is taking place in Tulsa County District Court.
