Accused Doctor Makes Bail

TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa doctor accused of peddling pills is out of jail on bail.

Dr. David Crass faces 34 counts of distributing drugs and one count of Medicaid fraud.

Investigators say he prescribed massive amounts of highly-addictive painkillers and anti-depressants without examining his patients.

Records show two of his patients died of prescription overdoses.
