Teen Mother Charged In Baby's Death

TULSA, OK -- There are new developments in the high profile case where a dog ate a two-month-old baby.

Tulsa County prosecutors charged 18-year-old Linzy Earles with second degree manslaughter.

Prosecutors say second degree manslaughter deals with culpable negligence, which they believe Earles committed when she left her infant son, Zane, unattended in his baby swing with the puppy that attacked him.
