Statute Honors Up With Trees Founder

TULSA, OK -- His legacy lines the streets of Tulsa.  Now, a bronze statue honoring the Up with Trees founder stands at 31st and Riverside.

The statue shows Sid Patterson passing on the Up with Trees tradition to the next generation.  In the 32 years Up with Trees has been around, more than 20,000 trees have been planted.
