LANGSTON, Okla. -- Three students were suspended from Langston University Wednesday following a shooting on campus.

According to police, 20-year-old Christopher Talley was shot in the shoulder inside an apartment at the Centennial Court Apartment Complex by a friend, Danny Brown. Brown allegedly accidently fired the gun.

Talley was taken to the hospital. He was back attending classes Wednesday.

Brown was arrested Tuesday following the incident, and is suspended for violating the campus ban on weapons.

Another student was suspended for giving a false report to police, while the university is closely looking at two others for conspiring to hide the gun.

The university filed a probably cause affidavit Wednesday and submitted it to the District Attorney.
