TULSA, OK - There's an update to a legal battle facing Oral Roberts University. A Tulsa judge has thrown out claims of wrongful termination by a former ORU accountant.

Trent Huddleston claims he was ordered to cook the books to hide the University's financial mismanagement. The judge said Huddleston's attorneys didn't have the evidence to back up the claims.

Huddleston's attorneys plan to appeal.
