TULSA, OK -- A woman in the Tulsa County jail on two complaints of manslaughter DUI had her bond set at $375,000 for each count during a court hearing on Tuesday afternoon.
Nancy Rueb was arrested last week following a deadly accident on U.S. Highway 75.
Her bond at that time was set at $50,000 on each of the two complaints. She bonded out the same day.
Rueb was re-arrested Monday and booked into the county jail again. This after a Tulsa County judge read a Tulsa Police report on the accident. The judge increased the bond to $500,000 on each complaint of manslaughter.
Tuesday morning, Rueb's attorney filed a legal action seeking unlawful detention and a judge re-instated the original bond of $50,000 on each complaint.
