Kastner's Lawyer Wants Case Thrown Out

TULSA, OK -- A lawyer for John Kastner has taken issue with some of the prosecution's evidence and wants the case thrown out.

Kastner is accused in the June shooting death of his wife Lori at the couple's South Tulsa home.

Mr. Kastner used to teach at Webster High School, but he's in jail and claims he's innocent.

Another hearing is set for later this month.
