TULSA, OK -- A man suspected of raping an eight-year-old girl is found incompetent to stand trial. Tulsa Police believe Brandon Brixey carjacked a van with three children inside, and then raped a girl in the van.
Brixey will spend the next six weeks in a state facility for treatment, before he'll return to court.
