TULSA, OK - Sleet is covering Tulsa roads and the police department says it's the cause for at least one accident.
One driver is recovering from minor injuries after losing control of her vehicle around 10:00 Sunday night. Officers with the Tulsa Police Department say the driver was westbound on the Broken Arrow Expressway near Utica when slick conditions caused her to lose control.
EMSA transported her to a local hospital.
Crews with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation are out. A spokesperson says there are about two dozen crews spreading salt and sand. Right now, they're concentrating on bridges and overpasses.
Police caution you to slow down when traveling.
