TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa man who just got out of state prison in July on a shooting with intent conviction now faces a new charge of first-degree murder in another case.

Tulsa Police say 28-year old Jeremy Finch is accused of killing 22-year old Mark Williams in July of 2007.

Finch is also charged with conspiracy and possession of a firearm. Tulsa County prosecutors first charged Finch with being an accessory to Williams' murder, but they have now upgraded the charge to first degree murder.
