Cowboys Have 1st Practice In San Diego
SAN DIEGO (AP) - The Oklahoma State Cowboys have held their first practice in San Diego as they get ready for the Holiday Bowl against Oregon.
OSU practiced for two hours on Thursday in a driving rain storm but coach Mike Gundy says the players were in a good frame of mind and had a good workout.
Missing from the practice were receiver Damian Davis who was late because of a flight delay and backup defensive lineman Ahmad Jones.
OSU and Oregon play December 30.
