ROGERS COUNTY -- State Highway 20 in Rogers County was narrowed to one lane at Keetonville Hill on Tuesday.
The Oklahoma Department of Transportation had crews removing a large rock that was loose on the upper part of the hillside.
Flag men were directing traffic at the scene.
