CALERA, Okla. (AP) -- Law enforcement authorities in Calera are investigating the deaths of a mother and daughter as homicides.

Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation spokeswoman Jessica Brown says Vivian Pierce and her mother, Rebecca Pierce, were found dead inside Vivian's home about 10 p.m. Saturday.

Authorities believe they were killed between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Saturday. No details were released about wounds or signs of trauma on their bodies.

Brown says Vivian Pierce is believed to be in her late 20s, and Rebecca Pierce in her mid 50s.
