TULSA, OK -- A woman accused of killing two people in a drunken driving wreck will face more charges during her trial. Prosecutors say Nancy Rueb crashed into a car along Highway 75 last November.

Nancy Rueb sobbed as she entered the courtroom on Monday and she kept crying throughout the hearing.

Witness, after witness, after witness, took the stand and testified about what they saw.

They say they saw a red car swerving violently, over and over again, on Highway 75 South.

Tulsa Police say 42-year-old Nancy Rueb was drunk when she crashed into a car on the shoulder near 71st street.

"I'm still in shock, yeah. It's kind of hard to believe because I'm used to being around my mom and my husband every day. So, it's kind of hard not having those people around anymore," said Shelley Spears, a survivor of the crash.

Shelley Spears was one of five people sitting in the car. She says everyone was happy as they waited to get a flat tire changed.

"We were just talking to each other. We were all just joking and having, like we always do, just joking and having a good time, no matter where we went," said Shelley Spears.

But, that all changed moments later. Spears' mom, Viola Tolbert, and her husband Cody Spears, died at the scene.

Shelley and Cody were three weeks away from their third wedding anniversary.

"I want her to go, to go to prison for the rest of her life. You know, there's just no excuse for what she did," said Shelley Spears.

Shelley's 6-year-old nephew Zach spent several days in the hospital and her niece Emily was in intensive care for weeks.

Cody's mom says seeing Rueb in the courtroom was emotionally exhausting.

"I just believe the justice system will work and that's all I could hope for at this point," said Karin Small, Cody Spears' mother.

Rueb will stand trial for two counts of first degree manslaughter and a third count of DUI personal injury for sending the children to the hospital.

Shelley Spears says she now has legal custody of both her niece and her nephew. She says they're coping with the loss the best they can.

Rueb is due back in court in two weeks.
