TULSA, OK -- Students from Marshall Elementary School teamed up with ORU's basketball team and some local Tulsa celebrities on Tuesday to raise awareness for Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Organizers say it's all about helping kids gain confidence.

"Just simple things like being able to raise their hand in class, those are great impacts. And coming out here, it might seem like it's just fun and games, playing a little basketball, but it's really about having that adult that thinks that you're important," said Jennifer Ashbaugh, Big Brothers Big Sisters.
