Tulsa Police say Adetula and 24-year old Derek Thomas were involved in a January 7th shooting, which killed one man and left another injured.

A stray bullet hit 54-year old Norris Walton in the chest.

Walton, who was in a wheelchair, had just gotten off a city bus. Walton was pronounced dead at a Tulsa hospital.

Police are still looking for Thomas. He is about 6 feet tall and weighs 190 pounds. Thomas is also charged with first degree murder in the case.

If anyone has information about Derek Thomas, they are asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 596-COPS.
