REPORT: Mother Drank 20 Beers Before Baby's Death

CLAREMORE, OK -- There is a new report from the Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth regarding the death of a Claremore baby.  The report provides new information about the death of two-month old Trinity Hiser.

According to the report, the baby's mother, Kristi Hiser, went to a party last September and drank as many 20 cans of beer.  Prosecutors say Hiser later fell asleep next to the baby and rolled on top of her, smothering the infant.

Hiser is charged with felony manslaughter. 

The report also revealed DHS investigated Hiser's treatment of another baby back in 2006.
