KONOWA, OK -- A 56-year-old woman from Maud has died in a single-vehicle crash on a county road in Seminole County.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Barbara Hooker died at the scene of Saturday's crash due to massive injuries.

The crash occurred at 11 p.m. five miles east of Konawa. Troopers say the victim's vehicle was westbound on a county road when it ran off the left side of the roadway, overturned one-half time and struck a barbed wire fence.

The victim was ejected about 50 feet from the point of the crash. The patrol says she was not wearing a seat belt.
