TULSA, OK -- The suspect in the deadly shooting at the Colonial Park Apartments is in custody.  Tulsa Police officers thought the teenager was still at the apartment complex, even after the shooting, but he was picked up later at his brother's home in north Tulsa on Friday night.

Police are not releasing the suspect's name because he's a juvenile.

The shooting happened just before 5 o'clock on Friday afternoon at the complex near 21st and Memorial.  Police say the victim is a 41-year-old man and he was shot inside his apartment.  They believe the suspect and the victim knew each other.

"Apparently an argument over the suspect possibly smoking in the apartment. And that's what started the whole thing," said Tulsa Police Captain Richard Alexander.

The victim's girlfriend was home at the time of the shooting, but she was not hurt.

The 15-year-old suspect was apprehended from his brother's residence near 46th Street North and Garrison.
