BROKEN ARROW, OK -- Four people are in the Wagoner County jail when a routine arrest in Broken Arrow turns into a meth lab bust.

Broken Arrow Police officers originally went to Mandy Elrod's home in the 6400 block of East Dallas Street to arrest her for an outstanding warrant.

But those officers discovered a meth lab in her garage and in her boyfriend's truck parked in the driveway.

Rocky Watts was then arrested, along with two other people who were visiting the home. One of those visitors arrived at the same time as police.

All four face a variety of drug related charges.

Elrod is already facing first degree arson charges after she was arrested in July 2008 at another home in Broken Arrow where a meth lab exploded and burned Elrod.
