TULSA, OK -- Police end a robbery spree in Tulsa late Monday and put five teens behind bars.

Police say the five suspects drove to area apartment complexes, taking money and cell phones along the way.

Police officers tell the News On 6, for more than four hours, the five teens were on a roll.

Their first hit was in the Huntington Hollows parking lot at 4343 S. 109th East Avenue.

It was around 5 p.m. Monday. Police say three of the guys robbed a man at the complex taking his cash and cell phone.

Another robbery took place at the Cedar Lane Apartments at 6621 E. 19th Street about two hours later.

Police officers say the suspects again took money and cell phones. They were also seen running toward a dark colored Ford Taurus.

An hour later, at around 8 p.m., two men were robbed at the Evergreen Apartments at 4631 S. Braden Avenue.

Police say a neighbor saw two guys approach the victim and yelled for them to leave. That's when the robbers fled. But Tulsa Police say a man in the complex's laundry mat was robbed about the same time.

Finally, at around 9:30 p.m., a police officer spotted the Ford Taurus, which matched the description of the suspect's car.

Police pulled the car over and arrested all five people inside. 18-year-old Marvin Washington and 18-year-old Joey Handley were booked into the Tulsa County jail.  Three other suspects were also booked into jail, all three were minors.
