OKLAHOMA CITY, OK -- Oklahoma legislators try to lure green jobs to the Sooner State.  A bill would make wind industry companies eligible for financial incentives.

Oklahoma House Speaker Chris Benge says most parts for Oklahoma wind farms are built elsewhere.

Windmill tower manufacturer DMI laid off 50 workers at its Catoosa plant earlier this year.  Tulsa's Trinity Towers shut down in November, costing 130 workers their jobs.
