TULSA, OK -- One person was hospitalized after slamming his car into the back of a semi truck. It happened around 11:30 Thursday night on I-244 near 129^th East Avenue.

Police say the driver of the Dodge Stealth was talking after the crash which totaled his car. There are indications the driver may have had some sort of medical condition.

The driver of the semi wasn't hurt.
