Second Amendment Activist Arrested in Broken Arrow Park

<p>Broken Arrow Police arrested a man Tuesday night after he was seen carrying a firearm on his shoulder in Nienhuis Park. They say a woman called 911 saying Richard Hubbard was walking around the park pointing his gun at people.
