It was a busy third day of Tulsa's Mayfest after severe storms in Green Country canceled a good part of the festival Saturday. Organizers said the cancellation caused a big financial hit to the festival and individual vendors. For many vendors at Mayfest, it isn't just a hobby, it’s their livelihood. They rely on these festivals to sell their artwork to pay the bills, so they can lose thousands of dollars when there is bad weather.
