Tulsa Man Arrested After Proposing Lewd Acts To Officer Posing As A Teen
<p>Tulsa police have arrested a man accused of making lewd proposals to a girl he thought was 15 years old. Police say an undercover officer talked to Justin De Luna on the Whisper app. De Luna thought the officer was a young girl and tried to arrange to meet up for sex at a motel promising to bring alcohol. </p>Monday, June 24th 2019, 2:19 pm
