TULSA, OK -- Tulsa County has its first "sister county."  Leaders from Qiyang County in the Hunan Province of China came to Tulsa to sign the deal.

Like Tulsa, Qiyang is a mid-west county. Its leaders say their people are most famous for their Hunan-style Chinese food.  But, they say their county has a rich history dating back 1700 years.

Leaders on both sides hope by becoming sister counties, they can learn from each other and open the door for economic trade.
