Tulsa Police Apprehend Robbery Suspects

An alert citizen helps Tulsa Police make a robbery arrest overnight.

TULSA, OK  -- An alert citizen helps Tulsa Police officers make a robbery arrest overnight. 

Police say someone reported a suspicious vehicle near First and Trenton a little after 1 a.m. Wednesday. 

A short time later, a man wearing a mask robbed the Sonic Drive-In near First and Utica. 

Officers say the suspect then got into a car and took off. 

Tulsa Police officers were able to find that vehicle moments later in the 2100 block of East Admiral Boulevard, thanks to the earlier description.   

Three people in the vehicle were arrested.  Two adults, 27-year-old Anthony Calvin and 27-year-old Bowen Egbe and a female juvenile. 

No one was hurt in the armed robbery.
