TULSA, OK -- Tulsa's Jewish community is giving Christmas kindness this holiday season.
Members of the Tulsa Jewish Hospice and the Tulsa Jewish Retirement Center have been collecting money all year to give to a worthy cause.
When they heard the John 3:16 mission needed clothes and food, they went shopping.
Wednesday, the groups dropped off coats, gloves, hats and blankets. They also helped stock the John 3:16 pantry.
Randy Cogburn, Tulsa Jewish Retirement Center, said, "One of the ways we can make us feel totally better about ourselves and be a better person is by focusing on the needs of others and I think what we're doing today is an example of that."
The groups donate to worthy causes each year.
