A Rogers County man was acquitted of charges he shot a man who was speeding through his neighborhood.

ROGERS COUNTY -- A Rogers County man was acquitted of charges he shot a man who was speeding through his neighborhood.

Deputies say the two men got into an argument before the shooting. 

The victim lived and is paralyzed from the waist down as a result of the incident.

Mark Abshire was charged with shooting with intent to kill, but was acquitted.
