TULSA, OK -- The Salvation Army is known for giving but on Monday Tulsa's Chapter received a big gift.

Tulsa Gold and Gems at 91st and Yale donated one of its vehicles to the organization. The Salvation Army says it is grateful for the gift because it will allow them to do even more to help others.

Major Roy Williams of the Tulsa Salvation Army said, "With us having six boys and girls clubs and the center of hope, we're all over town. We'll be able to use this to help our clients to help our employees to get around and what a great thing."

You can help the Salvation Army by donating to their red kettles outside many businesses.

All the money helps local neighbors in need.
