Tulsa Teen To Be Tried For First-Degree Murder

A 17-year-old Tulsa man has been bound over for trial following his preliminary hearing in Tulsa County District Court.

TULSA, OK -- A 17-year-old Tulsa man was bound over for trial Tuesday morning following his preliminary hearing in Tulsa County District Court. 

Joseph Farmer was arrested in connection with a homicide at the Bradford Apartments in the 500 block of 32nd Street North on July 22.

Police say Farmer fired a gun into a car, killing 51-year-old Adrian Washington.  

He is charged with first-degree murder. His next court appearance is January 4.
