Doug Pielsticker's Attorney Says Tulsa Arrest Warrants Have Been Recalled

TULSA, OK -- Two executives from Arrow Trucking could be arrested Tuesday.

A Cleveland County judge has issued arrest warrants for Arrow owner Carol Pielsticker, and her son, CEO Doug Pielsticker.

The court says the pair failed to appear in court to settle a lawsuit relating to a deadly crash in 2006.

Tulsa County Sheriff's deputies have received the warrants Monday and tell The News On 6 they will serve them on Tuesday.

When contacted by The News On 6, Doug Pielsticker's attorney disputes the story saying the warrants have been recalled.

Pielsticker's company, Arrow Trucking, abruptly halted operations before Christmas leaving hundreds of truckers out of work and dozens stranded far from home.
