Tulsa International Airport Prepares For Spring Break Travel

TULSA, OK -- Tulsa International Airport is expecting higher volume of passengers beginning Friday morning.

With next week being Spring Break for thousands of students across eastern Oklahoma, TIA is offering some spring break travel tips on its web site.

TIA says the busiest travel days will be this Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

In addition, Tulsa International Airport is advising passengers to arrive at least 90 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time.

Also, because of the time change, travelers scheduled for Sunday morning departures need to be sure to set their clocks forward the night before to avoid inadvertently missing their flights.
