TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Police have identified an 18-year-old man arrested Thursday morning for an attempted robbery in north Tulsa.
Charles Scott was arrested after an incident in the 5100 block of North Hartford.
Police say Scott was wearing a hockey mask and was armed with a pistol, but was scared off by the victim's screaming girlfriend.
