Tulsa Bar Security Guard Stabbed Early Monday

TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Police are seeking help in locating a man who stabbed a security guard several times early Monday morning.

Police say at about 1 a.m., a security guard at Alperaiso Bar at 9421 East 31st Street ordered a group of individuals out of the bar and off the bar's property.

When they refused to leave, the guard told officers, one man approached him holding a knife.

The guard sprayed the man in the face with pepper spray, but police officers say the man was still able to stab the guard several times.

The man is 30 to 35-years-old, 5'7" and weighs about 175 pounds.

Police say the man fled in a black four door Chevrolet pickup truck.

The security guard was taken to a Tulsa hospital. Police say his injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.
