4 oz. white chocolate

2 tbs heavy cream

3/4 oz. passion fruit syrup or passion fruit-flavored liqueur

Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe container with the heavy cream and microwave in 30 second increments on HIGH, stirring thoroughly each time. Once the chocolate is completely melted, transfer into a fondue pot or the top section of a double boiler. Add the passion fruit syrup or liqueur to the chocolate and mix thoroughly with a spoon. Keep fondue warm over low heat. 

Serve with fruit and cakes cut into bite size pieces for dipping.
