TULSA, OK -- An adult male and a 17-year-old juvenile were arrested by Tulsa Police late Monday after police say they caught the pair driving away with a pickup truck load of material taken from a church construction site.

Police officers spotted 20-year-old Devin Kirby and the juvenile at the Sequoyah Hills Baptist Church at 714 North Harvard.

The pair left the scene and after a short police chase and foot pursuit, both were arrested.

Police say the pair had stolen wood, metal and tools from the construction site.
