Tulsa Police Arrest Driver Following Traffic Crash

TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa attorney was arrested on suspicion of DUI early Friday morning and The News On 6 was there.  

Tulsa Police say 38-year-old Aundrea Rene Smith crashed her Maserati into the back of a white Chevy just after midnight at the intersection of 15th and Peoria. 

While police officers were arresting Smith, she yelled at The News On 6 photojournalist at the scene that she works as an attorney and he didn't have the right to get her on camera. 

Police blocked off three lanes of traffic as they worked to remove passengers from the car. 

The driver of the other car, 21-year-old Cody Zimmer, was taken to the hospital with injuries to his neck and head. 

Smith was released on $750 bond.  Her court date is set for May 4th.
